Who i am

I have a BSBA in Sport Management and  an MBA from Nichols College.  I have hundreds of hours of experience in Strength & Conditioning, Athletics and Collegiate Recreation.

 I am currently the Assistant Director of Competitive Sports for CENTERS, LLC at the University of New Haven. I oversee intramural and club sports. 

 I am an outdoor and fitness enthusiast who finds joy in activities such as fishing and strength training. My personal interests align with my commitment to a balanced and active lifestyle.
